We know you like to take the reigns with your business. Even if you’re not familiar with the technologies that we provide to you, we have a proven method to explain these items to help you better service your clients directly. Don’t be afraid to ask – it’s never too late to learn!
We want you to get the most out of your website. For this to happen, you must be willing to ask questions and continually learn throughout the development process. We offer an assortment of different training, education, support, & help desk products and agreements. Screen-cast training can be delivered to support specific processes included in your website project. Documentation will be provided for certain back-end processes.
We will provide one (1) user with unlimited help desk support. Help desk allows for direct, email, and phone support for our Platform. Help desk does not include design or development labor.
Help desk services are offered Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM CST
